(3) When it is found that the air control valve parts work failure, do not disassemble the valve parts without analysis, because there are many reasons for the failure of the air control valve parts, sometimes it is not the valve parts themselves, but because the gas pipeline is blocked or the air pressure is too small (the origin pressure is low, the pipeline leaks seriously) and other reasons. Therefore, must be segmented inspection, method: first from the control valve, control pipeline, to the remote control valve, segmented open air connector, check the ventilation. If the control gas circuit is unblocked, check whether the working gas circuit is unblocked. The method is: disconnect the air outlet pipeline of the valve first, and check the ventilation condition. If it is not unblocked, check whether the origin of the air inlet line of the valve is blocked. If it is unblocked, it is proved that there is a problem with the valve, and then the valve can be opened for inspection. If there are spare valves, replace them first and find out the defects of the replaced valves. In short, if there is a problem with the gas circuit, we must patiently and carefully find out the cause and deal with it correctly. Blind demolition and repair are strictly prohibited.
The pneumatic valve body has another feature: it has been working well during continuous use, but it suddenly failed after a few days of use. This situation is more likely to occur on dual-use relays. This is because the valve cavity will produce rust during the deactivation period, which will increase the assistance of the valve movement department, and cause air leakage due to work failure. Only the spool repeated activities several times can work properly. If the leakage continues, the valve must be opened instead to check the reason.
