9. When a stuck drill occurs, the thrust should be reduced immediately, and the rotation and flushing should be strengthened to gradually return to normal. If the card is severely drilled, it must be stopped immediately. Use the tool to increase torque and tension to loosen the drill bit. Then, while the wind blows, the drill will drill until it returns to normal.
10. Stop the drilling tool, pull the main switch to the automatic position, push the control valve handle to the down position, and perform pressure rock drilling.
11. The 150-meter drilling rig should always adjust the tightness of the steel wire rope of the propulsion mechanism to improve the reliability of the operation of the upper and lower stroke switches of the pulley block; if it is not correct, it should be repaired in time.
12. When the rig is displaced, the bracket and boom should be adjusted to maintain the balance of the body. If it is rock or broken rock, the yellow mud should be put into the protective hole.
13. There must be no shortage of oil during operation. After the operation is completed, the drilling rig is cleaned and lubricated.
