Some failures will occur when the down-the-hole petroleum mechanical drilling rig is used. Some failures are caused by the quality of the down-the-hole drilling rig itself, and some are caused by improper operation of the down-the-hole drilling rig. Downhole drilling rig failure, maintenance is more troublesome, will delay the construction period. This requires the user of the down-the-hole drill must have a certain understanding of the working principle of the down-the-hole drill.
Before the drilling rig of down-the-hole petroleum machinery enters the site, the site must be leveled and the skid and tools must be prepared. After the rig enters the site, the rig must be raised with a skid to keep the tires off the ground and adjust the frame to a horizontal position: after the power is turned on, the motor can be started to raise the mast.
After the mast is lifted, the screw at the bottom of the mast is unscrewed and supported on the support. Then install the pull rod, frame leg and guy rope, and adjust the tension degree of the pull rod and guy rope with the screw adjuster. The steel rope of the drilling tool drum of the down-the-hole drilling rig is led out from the drum through the guide pulley and tension pulley of the impact beam and then enters the drilling tool pulley at the top of the mast to hang down, and its end is connected with the drilling tool by the steel rope joint. The steel rope of the mud drum goes through the mud sheave at the top of the mast and hangs down to connect the end with the mud shaft barrel.
The down-the-hole drill auxiliary drum is used in conjunction with three crown block at the bottom of the mast.
