Balanced pressure drilling: During the drilling process, a drilling method that maintains the borehole pressure equal to the formation pressure is called balanced pressure drilling.
Well cementing: that is, a certain scale of casing string is lowered into the well, and cement slurry is written around it to fix the casing on the well wall to prevent the well wall from collapsing. The intention is to seal off the loose, easy to collapse, easy to leak and other disordered formations;
Rock porosity:
The porosity of a rock is the ratio of the volume of space in the rock that is not filled with solid matter, Vp, to the total volume of the rock, Vb. Using the Greek letter Φ, the expression is: Φ = V pore/V rock × 100%= Vp / Vb × 100%
Formation crude oil volume coefficient:
Formation crude oil volume coefficient βo, also known as crude oil underground volume coefficient, or crude oil volume coefficient for short. It is the ratio of the volume of crude oil in the ground (I. e., the volume of formation oil) to its volume after degassing above ground. The underground volume coefficient βo of crude oil is always greater than 1.
Fluid Saturation:
The saturation of a certain fluid refers to the volume percentage of a certain fluid in the pores of the reservoir rock. It indicates the extent to which the pore space is occupied by a fluid. The rock is filled with its pores by several phases of fluid, and the sum of these phases of fluid saturation is 1(100%).
cement construction process:
Lower the casing to the predetermined depth → install the cement head, circulate the mud, ground the upper pipeline → inject the isolation fluid → inject the cement → top rubber plug → replace the mud → touch the pressure → finish the cement injection and wait for the setting.
Completion wellhead equipment:
(1) Casing head-seal the annulus of two layers of casing, hang the second casing string and accept some components;(2) Tuber head-bearing cone pipe hanging, connecting oil layer casing with Christmas tree, blowout gate and pipeline;(3) Christmas tree-control oil and gas activities, carry out production safely and in a planned way, and carry out completion test, liquid injection, well killing, wax removal, etc.
liner cementing method:
Tailpipe cementing is a cementing method that only the newly drilled open hole section of the lower part is cemented in the well with casing already in the upper part. There are three fixed methods for the tail pipe: the tail pipe is seated at the bottom of the well; the cement ring suspension method; the tail pipe hanger suspension method.
