After the occurrence of sticking accident, firstly, it is necessary to analyze according to the circulation conditions of lifting, lowering, rotating and pump starting, as well as the known borehole conditions and various phenomena before sticking, so as to accurately judge the cause of sticking and then take corresponding measures. However, no matter what kind of sticking, we must try to adjust the performance of drilling fluid, remove rock cuttings in time, and clean the borehole. Generally, the following methods are commonly used to solve the sticking.
1) Bath well card release
For differential pressure sticking, mud bag sticking, reduced diameter sticking, sand sink sticking, etc., bath well sticking can be used. This method is to soak oil into the well, soak salt water or use clean water circulation to loosen the viscous mud cake, reduce the adhesion coefficient, reduce the contact area with the drilling tool, reduce the pressure difference, so as to move the drilling tool to release the card.
2) Kickup and Kickdown
In case of collapse, viscosity, expansion and other easy-to-jam formations during drilling, the jar can be connected between the drill pipe and the drill stand or between the drill sticks. Once the jam is encountered, it will be immediately hit up or down to unlock the jam. In case of sticking during tripping, such as sticking caused by diameter shrinkage and keyway, etc., the drilling tool can be reversed at the sticking point, then connected with the jar. After the buckle is buckled, the drilling tool can be knocked down to release the sticking, then the well can be washed circularly, and the drill string can be lifted up slowly. If the sticking cannot be released, the drilling tool can be rotated to ream the hole and lift it up gently. In case of resistance in the process of tripping and failure to find out in time, resulting in sticking of drill, or sticking of lighter mud cake, the upper jar can be used to shock upward to release the sticking.
3) Lend and lower and rotate the drilling tool to release the card.
Cooperate with active drilling tools while circulating drilling fluid to flush the well. If the sticking is serious, it can be solved, but the active drilling tools should be carried out according to different types of sticking. If it is sand sinking sticking or well collapse sticking, the drilling tools cannot be raised to avoid getting stuck more dead. Then the drilling tools can be lowered and rotated, and try to establish circulation, and slowly raised and unstuck by reverse remarking. When the drill is stuck (keyway, diameter reduction or mud bag stuck drill), the original suspension weight can be mentioned and then the drill can be put in violently. Do not lift it up violently, so as not to make the drill bit stuck more dead. When the drill-in encounters resistance and the pressure is too large and the drill is jammed, a large force should be applied to lift the sticking. For the differential pressure sticking drill, the method of jerky lifting and rotating the drilling tool can be adopted to make the sticking sticking drill unstuck.

4) Buckle sleeve milling card
In case of severe sticking, if the above methods cannot be released and cannot be circulated, all or part of the drilling tools in the well are taken out by means of reverse buckle and washover milling on site. Inverted button is to reverse the rotary table to pour out the drill pipe with forward button in the well. Can pour out every time
The number of drill pipes depends on whether the thread tightness of the jammed drilling tool in the well is consistent, and it is usually hoped to be reversed from the clamping point. For the drilling tools below the stuck point, the washover milling barrel shall be used to mill off the rock debris or falling debris outside the drilling tools, and then the drilling tools shall be poured out, which is a relatively complicated treatment method and takes a long time.
5) Explosive reverse button and washover milling
This is a new method to deal with sticking drill. Measure the position of the sticking point first, then send the detonating cord from the drilling tool to the first joint above the sticking point with the cable, while aligning the middle of the detonating cord with the joint, lift all the weight above the sticking point of the drilling tool, and apply a certain reversing moment to the drilling tool to ignite the detonating cord to make it explode; the detonating cord produces violent shock wave and strong vibration force, which can cause elastic deformation of the joint and reverse the buckle timely.
6) Explosion, sidetracking new borehole
When the above methods are ineffective, or the stuck point is very deep, and the treatment with the inverted button method takes time, which will cause serious deterioration of the borehole, the unstuck part of the drilling tool can be blown out with zhayao, and then a cement plug can be drilled on the top of the drilling tool left in the well to carry out sidetracking.

With the gradual deepening of exploration and development, horizontal well drilling is facing more complex geological conditions, but also facing the cost pressure brought about by the complexity of engineering technology, so it is more urgent to support the technical support to reduce the comprehensive cost. How to better and effectively prevent and solve the problem of sticking is a process of continuous exploration, which requires the joint efforts of all oil people.
