4. For many people who are driving on mountain roads for the first time, the workover rig often chooses neutral gear when going downhill, and then uses the brake to control the speed. Long-term braking will cause the brake pads to heat up, reduce the braking effect, and cause failure. Therefore, driving in mountainous areas should use the traction of the claim machine to control the speed.
The oil used in the workover rig must be accurate. Excessive oil use will increase the rotation resistance of the crank and connecting rod mechanism, and will also increase the oil used to splash on the cylinder wall. Excessive use of oil will lead to an increase in carbon deposits in the extinguishing chamber and a decrease in the power of the initiator, which will affect emissions. When the workover rig owner checks or increases the oil consumption, it should be increased according to the scale above the oil scale. The oil level cannot exceed the upper limit of the scale at the highest and cannot be lower than the lower line of the scale at the lowest. Generally, it is more suitable to increase the oil level to the upper middle of the two scales.
Some workover rig owners like to charge the bottom wheel of the workover rig with high air pressure, thinking that this can both overload and save oil. This is incorrect. The high pressure of the bottom wheel will reduce the air connection of the bottom wheel, aggravate the tread wear, and reduce the braking effect when braking the workover rig, which will affect the safety of the workover rig. The low air pressure of the bottom wheel is also not good. Low air pressure will not only affect the safety and braking effect of the workover rig, but also accelerate the wear of the tire shoulder and increase the fuel consumption of the workover rig. When the workover rig owner uses the air pump to inflate itself, it shall stop inflating according to the air pressure specified by the manufacturer. The bottom wheel air pressure label is generally located on the workover rig body or the fuel tank cap.
