Oil drilling rig refers to a set of drilling equipment used for oil and natural gas exploration and development, which includes: power system, transmission dao system, lifting system, compressed air source and pneumatic control system, instrumentation and detection system, drilling fluid circulation and purification system, power supply system, hydraulic system and wellhead tools.
There are various types of oil drilling rigs, which can be divided into: drive type, transmission type and transfer mode.
According to the drive type is divided into: diesel engine drive, electric drive, hydraulic drive. The electric drive is divided into: AC drive, DC drive, AC variable frequency electric drive.
According to the transmission type is divided into: chain drive, V belt drive, gear drive.
According to the transfer mode, it is divided into: block loading, self-propelled and towed.
The ring and the lifting ring seat are connected by pin shaft, the lifting ring seat and the hook rod are welded into one body, the cylinder and the hook body are connected by left-hand thread, and the stop block is used to prevent the thread from loosening. The hook body and the cylinder can move up and down along the hook rod. The function of the inner and outer load springs is to make the stand spring up after loosening the buckle when drilling.
The body is filled with organic oil. The seat ring of the thrust bearing divides the oil cavity into two parts, and the seat ring has an oil hole. Due to the damping effect of the oil flow through, it absorbs the impact and vibration of the hook body during its drilling operation, which can prevent the street thread of the drill pipe from being damaged.
The upper end of the whole body is composed of 6 small springs and a positioning plate. With the help of the friction between the positioning and the annular contact surface of the lifting ring seat, it can prevent the empty elevator from rotating and changing the position, which is convenient for the derrick operator to operate.
