At present, diesel engines are commonly used as power engines for Chinese water well drilling rigs. It has the following main disadvantages in performance:
1. Diesel engines can only send peak power at a certain speed (rated speed). For example, a 12V 190 diesel engine produces 1200 horsepower (12 hours of power) when 1500 r/min.
2. The speed of the peak torque point is different from the peak power point.
3. The adjustable range of output torque is not large, and the overload capacity is limited.
The load and speed of the main working unit of the anti-well drilling rig vary greatly. Therefore, the performance of the diesel engine cannot adapt to the working requirements of the drilling rig. When the rig is equipped with a torque converter, the performance of the power unit is greatly improved:
1. Make the performance of the power unit soft and easy to adjust.
2. Each diesel engine can emit all the power, thereby eliminating the uneven output of each diesel engine when the vehicle is connected in parallel.
3. Make full use of equipment power and shorten the maneuvering time.
4. Eliminate the torsional vibration of the diesel engine of the anti-well drilling rig and greatly reduce the influence of dynamic load. According to foreign statistics, the service life of the diesel engine can be extended by 40%-50%, and the service life of the transmission mechanism can be increased by 2-3 times. It can be seen that the application of the torque converter on the water well drilling rig will produce good performance.
(1) Installation and preparation of anti-well drilling rig
1. Prepare the cave. The size of the cave can be determined according to the perforation method. Typically, when a horizontal hole is drilled, the height of the cave is 2.6-2.8 meters. When drilling, the width of the cave is the lower hole or the inclined hole. It is 2.5 meters and the height is 2.8-3 meters.
2. Guide gas and water pipes, lighting lines, etc. to the working surface for use.
3. According to the design requirements of the hole, the pillar is firmly erected. The upper and lower ends of the pillars shall be covered with planks. The horizontal shaft and snap ring are installed on the pillar according to a certain height and direction. Lift the machine through a manual winch, fix it on the pillar at the desired angle, and then adjust the hole of the drill bit.
(2) Inspection before operation
1. When starting work, carefully check whether the gas and water pipelines are firmly connected and whether there is leakage or leakage.
2. Check whether the oil injector is filled with oil.
3. Check whether the screws, nuts, joints, etc. of each part are tightened, and the column is indeed very strong.
