XJ1800(XJ750) vehicle-mounted workover rig

XJ1800(XJ750) workover truck is a vehicle-mounted drilling and workover rig with a maximum hook load of 1800KN, a derrick height of 36m and a workover depth of 38m 8000 m27/8 drill pipe, a nominal overhaul depth of 6500m(3-1/2 drill pipe) and a drilling depth of 3000m(114mm drill pipe).

Product Overview:

The whole machine can be divided into two parts: a special self-propelled chassis, driven in the form of 14 × 8 or 12X8, equipped with a special working device for workover operations.

Derrick assembly: double-section telescopic derrick, with hydraulic lifting, expansion and inclination angle of 3.3 °, adjusted by lead screw; the overhead crane is of integral box structure, and the overhead crane platform is provided with guardrail.

Drawworks assembly: single drum structure, maximum fast rope pulling force 280KN, belt or disc brake, equipped with EATON WCB324 disc auxiliary brake, which has reliable performance and uniform underrun speed.

Liquid and gas control system: the hydraulic oil pump adopts gear oil pump with strong pollution resistance, with reliable performance. The reversing valve adopts pneumatic control and manual control double control structure, which is simple and labor-saving in operation and concise in pipeline layout.

Main purpose:

It is mainly used for well depth ≤ 8000m, workover of oil and water wells, drilling of oil and water wells, coalbed methane wells, deepening drilling in casing of production oil wells, opening window logging and other operations.
