Introduction

The whole machine can be divided into two parts: a special self-propelled chassis, the driving form is 8x 4 or 10x 8; a special working device is installed for workover operations.

Derrick assembly: double-section telescopic derrick, hydraulic lifting, telescopic. The inclination angle is 3.5 °, which is adjusted by lead screw; the crane is of integral box structure, and the crane platform is provided with guardrail.

Drawworks assembly: single drum structure, maximum fast rope pulling force 210KN, belt or disc brake, equipped with EATON WCB224 disc auxiliary brake, which has reliable performance and uniform running speed.

Liquid and gas control system: the hydraulic oil pump adopts gear oil pump with strong pollution resistance, which has reliable performance. The reversing valve adopts pneumatic control and manual control double control structure, which is simple and labor-saving in operation and concise in pipeline layout.

Main purpose:

It is mainly used for well depth ≤ 5500m, workover of oil and water wells, drilling of oil and water wells, coalbed methane wells, deepening drilling in casing of production oil wells, opening window logging and other operations.
