XJ700(XJ250) vehicle mounted workover rig

XJ700(XJ250) workover rig is a vehicle-mounted workover equipment with a maximum hook load of 675KN and a derrick height of 18, 21m and 23m. It can be made according to the needs of users. It is a special self-propelled chassis with flexible driving forms of 6 × 4 and 6X6, good off-road performance, and is equipped with special working devices for workover operations.

Introduction

Power system: high-speed diesel engine, hydraulic mechanical transmission structure; engine 175KW ~ 257KW, excellent performance, standard configuration BY350 hydraulic transmission.

Derrick assembly: double-section telescopic derrick, hydraulic lifting, telescopic. The inclination angle is 5.5 °, which is adjusted by adjusting the lead screw; the crown block is of integral box structure, and the crown block platform is provided with guardrail.

Winch assembly: single drum structure, maximum fast rope tension 120KN, belt or disc brake, air-cooled structure. The reversing valve adopts pneumatic control and manual control double control structure, the operation is simple and labor-saving, and the pipeline layout is concise. Rated working pressure of hydraulic system of this machine is 14Mpa

Main purpose:

1. During workover, pull down downhole tools such as tubing, sucker rod and deep well pump;

2. When cleaning the oil well, remove the plug and salvage the falling objects at the bottom of the well;

3. Drilling cement plugs and other workover operations;

4. Oil well suction during oil test;

5. Auxiliary work such as wellhead installation and lifting
