Introduction
ZJ30/XJ1800 truck-mounted drilling rig is a 3000-meter truck-mounted drilling rig independently developed by our company. It adopts a dual-engine parallel-vehicle power system. The gear parallel-vehicle can realize power switching between vehicle driving and drilling operation, and either engine is single or parallel-vehicle working.
Maximum hook load 1800KN, derrick height 36m, workover depth 8000m 2 7/8 drill pipe, nominal overhaul depth 6500m (3-1/2 drill pipe) drilling depth 3000m(4 1/2 ").
The main brake of the winch is available in two types: belt brake and disc brake. The auxiliary brake is Eaton air-controlled water-cooled disc brake.
The whole machine can be divided into two parts: a dedicated self-propelled chassis, driven in the form of a 14 × 8 top-mounted special working device,
Derrick assembly: double-section telescopic derrick, with hydraulic lifting, expansion and inclination angle of 3.3 °, adjusted by adjusting lead screw; the overhead crane is of integral box structure, and the overhead crane platform is provided with guardrail.
It is mainly used for well depth ≤ 8000m, workover of oil and water wells, drilling of oil and water wells, coalbed methane wells, deepening drilling in casing of production oil wells, opening window logging and other operations.
