Introduction
The overall layout of the workover rig is as follows: the winch is powered by a motor, driven by a direct-drive motor directly connected to the winch, and the motor power comes from the grid power battery. Class II chassis engine power is adopted for crane and derrick vertical release. The power battery pack and electronic control unit are installed on the second-class chassis vehicle.
The winch adopts single drum and is directly driven by AC frequency conversion motor. The main brake of the winch is energy consumption brake, and the auxiliary brake is compound pneumatic disc brake. Pneumatic disc brake with parking brake, natural air cooling mode. Above the main roller, an over-roll valve crane anti-collision device and an electronic crane anti-collision device are arranged.
The derrick adopts a two-section secondary-retraction mast type self-tensioning line derrick. The operating height of the derrick is 21m. Hydraulic lifting and releasing and hydraulic expansion are adopted: the derrick is tilted forward with 2 load tensioning lines and 2 windproof tensioning lines.
