1. Installation base
Put the left and right front bases in place according to the line drawn on the foundation, so that the borehole signs on the left and right front bases of the engineering drilling rig are aligned with the central line of the parallel borehole.
2. Install the turntable drive device
The rotary table drive device of the engineering drilling rig is installed before leaving the factory. During on-site installation, it is only necessary to check whether the surfaces such as the ear plate hole of the rotary table beam, the corresponding connecting hole of the base and the connecting pin shaft are clean. When it is confirmed that there is no adverse factor, hoist the rotary table driving device into the installation position as a whole, insert the connecting pin shaft, insert the pin shaft from the outside of the wellhead to the middle of the wellhead, and lock the pin shaft with a pin respectively.
3. Installation engineering drilling rig winch
The drawworks has been aligned during the supporting installation before delivery, and the positioning block is welded at the corresponding position of the drilling rig substructure. During site installation, hoist the winch to the winch beam of the base, and after positioning according to the positioning block, fix the winch base and the drilling rig base with the fastening bolt M36 * 120.

5. Installation of derrick: Read the instructions in detail.
6. Install the crane:
Hoist the crown block to the top of the derrick, insert the positioning pin at the top of the derrick into the positioning pin hole on the crown block, and then connect with M30 bolt.
7. Install traveling body and hook, and properly wear lifting rope, crane and engineering drilling drilling rope of traveling body, and hang up the tripod for lifting.
