What are the working systems of vehicle-mounted drilling rigs?

The work of the truck-mounted drilling rig is huge, and the working conditions of each generator set and its characteristics are all different. According to the working characteristics of the drilling rig, we can divide the working system of the drilling rig into three parts. One is the rotating system, the improving system and the circulating system, and the complete drilling rig is composed of eight major system equipment.
1. Rotating system equipment and special tools.
2. Circulation system equipment and special tools.
3. Improve system equipment and special tools.
4. Drive force drive system equipment.
5. Transmission system equipment.
6. Control system and inspection digital display instrument.
7. Rig base.
8. Auxiliary equipment.
The standard for disassembly of drilling rigs is generally to dismantle after installation and dismantle after installation. The following matters should be paid attention to during the disassembly of drilling rig spare parts:
(1) The disassembled gas, liquid and water pipelines shall be sealed to maintain the cleaning of the pipelines and joints of the drilling machine to prevent dirt from entering.
(2) When the drilling machine is disassembled, the standard parts shall be separated and packaged, and marked with identification or packed into a special packing box.
(3) The screw type and nut used for connection of each part shall be separately packaged to prevent the high toughness screw type and nut from being mixed with other screw type and nut.
(4) The mobile phone software of the gas system should prevent oil sticking. The inch threads of each pipe should be tied with neat plastic film to prevent external threads from being bruised and maintain the cleaning of the pipe.
(5) Do not fall or touch during disassembly and lifting to prevent damage to parts.
(6) If long-distance transportation or long-term storage is required, waterproof, rainproof and rust-proof treatment should be made, and packing boxes should be made and the packing list should be filled.
(7) All liquids (oil and water) in the equipment shall be discharged cleanly.
