When setting up the hydraulic system, it must be remembered that the pressure of the hydraulic system cannot be adjusted at will on site, because it has been adjusted before leaving the factory. When changing the hydraulic oil, remember not to open the manhole cover.
If the working environment is bad and there is a lot of dust, it should be cleaned regularly and the filter element should be replaced. Please also pay attention to the degree of smooth oil level in the car. The pressure gauge in the hydraulic system is easy to neglect in the maintenance, but it is also an important source of data. Therefore, once the pressure gauge is damaged or malfunctioning, it should be replaced in time. In addition, pay attention to the temperature of the hydraulic oil. The normal temperature is 35-65 degrees. Once the temperature exceeds the specified maximum temperature value, stop for inspection and continue to work after troubleshooting.
The maintenance of the transmission part first looks at the chain wear of each component, such as rollers and bearings, and ensures that the surface of the chain box is smooth and oily. Pay attention to observe whether the dead end and the live end of the brake belt are accurate, and replace them in time if there is any change.
Be careful of the degree of wear between the bearings and the transmission mechanism, and add smooth grease in time. For example, the oil level of the transfer box is smooth, whether there is any abnormal noise, the bearing of the crown block pulley is worn, and the bearing of the traveling block hook pulley is worn. Attention should be paid to the adjustment of the brake handle height. If the adjustment is not appropriate, the brake handle may be unstable or idling unstable. The correct adjustment height is 3-5mm. Finally, always remember to check whether the connecting bolts of each component are loose.
Gas system maintenance and maintenance related to the above two parts, gas system maintenance work is relatively simple. First check the drain valve and dryer to see if it is leaking and in good working condition.
Check whether the tension of the belt of the air pump is proper. Pay attention to observe the rubber pipeline of the gas path system to see if there is aging or cracking, and repair it in time. At the same time, we should also pay attention to the wiring, pipes and joints of the gas circuit system whether there is any leakage and looseness. Finally, I would like to remind you that if it is winter, you must remember to add a little alcohol to the antifreeze. Because the workover rig is a relatively complex equipment, it is very troublesome to repair once it fails, so routine maintenance operations must be done well. In addition to maintenance, it is also important whether the operators operate according to regulations.
