Never allow the drill bit to penetrate into the liquid concrete. And only when the drill bit touches the bottom of the hole can the actual operation just start drilling.
2. When drilling into the weathered layer or river pebble layer, the drilling machine should mainly pay attention to the fact that the footage should not be too deep at one time during drilling, otherwise the hole edge will shrink, so that there will be no gap between the bit material layer and the hole edge, resulting in the bit being unable to reverse or improve, resulting in major safety accidents such as sticking.
3, according to the environmental conditions, to select the appropriate drill bit. Select the appropriate and geological requirements of the drill bit, not only to improve the work efficiency, but also to prevent the occurrence of buried and stuck drill major safety accidents.
4. Please pay attention when applying machine locking drill pipe. When the drill pipe is clearly put forward from the pile hole, pay attention to the clearly put forward status of the outer section drill pipe. If the outer section drill pipe is clearly put forward from the rotary table too early, it indicates that a section of drill pipe cannot be completely opened when it shrinks. At this time, be sure to press the following process for actual operation:
1) Immediately terminate the raising posture of the main winch to prevent the drill pipe from opening autonomously during the whole raising process. The drill pipe that is not opened is likely to slip off at will and cause the rod to fall. The damage caused by falling rods is very serious, and all drill rods and pile holes may be damaged.
2) Slowly drop the drill pipe into the bottom of the hole again, turn the drill pipe over, and then clearly put forward the drill pipe after it is clearly opened.
3) For the maintenance of rotary drilling rig, the drill pipe shall be unloaded after the soil is poured for inspection. 4) Open the drill pipe and carry out complete regular inspection and repair of the drill pipe.
