1. There should be no low-lying water accumulation section in the middle of the mountain, down the mountain and flat lane for water exploration.
2. The water exploration lane must be excavated within the effective control range of the water exploration drilling, and the advance distance, side distance and hole spacing of the water exploration holes shall meet the design requirements. After each water exploration and before tunneling, signs should be set up at the starting point and a listing system should be established.
3. Roadway support should be firm, top, help back solid, no high hanging shed feet, inclined roadway with braces, so that the roadway has a strong ability to resist the impact of water flow.
4. Telephone and alarm devices must be installed at the site of water exploration and release.
5. The alarm signal and disaster avoidance route must be explained in detail to the construction personnel in the water-threatened area.
6. Water exploration roadway should strengthen the observation of water signs, once found abnormal should immediately stop working, timely treatment. In case of emergency, the alarm must be issued immediately and all personnel in the area threatened by water must be evacuated.
7. When the drilling rig is close to the old air and it is expected that there may be gas or other harmful gases gushing out, there must be a gas inspector or mine rescue team on duty to check the air composition. If the gas or other harmful gases exceed the relevant provisions of the "Coal Mine Safety Regulations", the drilling rig must be stopped immediately, the power supply must be cut off, the personnel must be withdrawn, and the mine dispatching room must be reported to take measures to deal with it in time.
8. When going up the mountain to explore water, double-lane tunneling is generally required. One of them is advanced to explore and gather water, and the other is then used to safely evacuate people. A connecting lane is excavated every 30-50m between the double lanes, and a water-retaining half wall is set up.
9. The water release work should be avoided in the rainy season.
10. The water exploration and discharge personnel must construct in accordance with the approved design, and shall not change the design without the permission of the examination and approval unit.
