1. Winch emergency drive system
Oil field users at home and abroad have higher and higher requirements for the reliability of drilling rigs. As one of the three major working parts of the drilling rig, the drawworks system is also a very important and complex component. Therefore, the drawworks emergency drive system is added to the drilling rig to improve the reliability of the rig.
2. Auxiliary brake water cooling system
The auxiliary brake is used to consume the gravity potential energy of the pipe string during drilling. The auxiliary brake water cooling system is used to cool the auxiliary brake and take away the heat generated by the auxiliary brake through circulating water in time. At present, the auxiliary brake water cooling system of domestic and foreign truck-mounted drilling rigs adopts the arrangement of separate skid and directly placed on the ground.
3. Disc brake hydraulic station
By optimizing the layout of the car surface, the hydraulic station is arranged on the load car. When the equipment is moving, there is no need to remove any control pipeline, which fundamentally avoids human installation errors, while ensuring the cleanliness of the hydraulic system, which greatly improves the system Reliability, while avoiding the workload of transportation and hoisting.

4. Ground BOP control device
After the ground BOP control device is integrated with the rig truck, a transport vehicle is saved, the workload of installation and disassembly is avoided, the efficiency of equipment relocation is improved, and the reliability of equipment is increased.
5. Wire rope drum
After the wire rope drum is installed on the truck, when the truck-mounted drilling rig travels to the new operating well location, there is no need to carry out any rope threading work, and no need to use additional transportation vehicles and lifting equipment.
6. Electrical control system
The electrical control system includes all lighting control and power control of the rig. After the electrical control system is installed on the carrier, all cables are installed in the protected cable trough. When the drilling rig moves, the cables do not need to be disassembled and installed, and they are transported with the drilling rig.
