There are 800 large-scale drilling rigs and 166 medium-sized drilling rigs in the country, of which 87% of the large and medium-sized drilling rigs are made in China.
At present, the oil rig manufacturing technology of China's complete set of oil rig suppliers has reached or approached the international advanced level in many aspects. In the past two years, several complete sets of oil drilling rig manufacturing plants in China have undergone institutional reforms and lost no time in seizing the good opportunities for China to actively participate in overseas oil development while stepping up the development of land, desert and offshore oil in order to ensure oil supply. Enterprises in the technological progress, market development, economic efficiency, export many aspects of synchronous development, the achievement is very remarkable.
In general, the development level of domestic drilling rigs is as follows:
① Complete sets of oil drilling rigs have international competitiveness. The overall quality and technical level of the drilling rig are basically equivalent to those of the international.
In recent years, domestic electric-driven drilling rigs have developed rapidly, and the control level has risen from the early analog control to the current international popular typical three-level control, that is, the upper monitoring level, PLC process control level and all-digital level constitute a communication network. The application of automatic control technology in drilling rigs has reached the advanced level of international drilling rigs in the mid-1990s, the electric drive system has reached the fourth generation product level of the United States in the 1990 s, and the drilling rigs such as AC variable frequency electric drive have reached the international advanced level in the 1990 s. From the drilling rig as a whole, reached the same period of the international advanced level of 5 kinds, to fill the domestic gap of 12 kinds.
③There is still a considerable gap between the rig and the advanced level of developed countries in terms of adaptability, complete set, variety diversity and serialization, automation, and intelligence. ⑥ It is necessary to increase investment in the development of advanced drilling equipment such as slim hole drilling rigs, coiled tubing drilling rigs and automated drilling rigs, promote truck-mounted drilling rigs and develop skid-mounted drilling rigs.
