1. The drilling site shall be kept clean.

2, the installation and disassembly of the drilling rig, to ensure that the correct and complete.

3. When lifting the mast of the drilling rig, the operator should stand on the appropriate position.

4. When the motor is started, all friction clutches of the drilling rig should be opened.

5. When the drilling rig is working, it is strictly forbidden to remove the protective cover.

6, before the start of the work, should check the reliability of the braking device, as well as the friction clutch and starting device performance.

7. It is forbidden to check the drilling rig before the motor stops.

8. When the drilling rig is working, it is strictly prohibited to fasten any parts of the drilling rig.

9. When the drilling rig is running, it is strictly prohibited to add oil. The oiling of the upper sheave of the mast shall be carried out when the rig is stopped.

10. It is not allowed to work on the mast before the motor stops.

11. Under any circumstances, when someone is working on the upper section of the mast, no other personnel are allowed to stay under the mast.

12. In case of bad weather (rainstorm, heavy snow, icing or strong wind above level 5), it is not allowed to work on the mast. At the same time, it is not allowed to use artificial lighting to work on the mast.

13. It is strictly prohibited to use wire rope with split strands.

14. When lifting the drilling tool, it is strictly forbidden to touch the wire rope by hand.

15. The wellhead shall not be open except for the lifting of the drilling rig and the lowering of the drilling pipe.

16, in order to prevent the drilling tool or pumping tube from the well out of the well when the swing, should be used by 15~20mm diameter steel rod made of hook hook.

17. When cleaning the pumping cylinder, a strong and reliable wire rope should be used to form a ring and set it at the lower end of the pumping cylinder to turn it upside down.

18. When lifting or lowering the casing with the pulley, and when the machine is fishing, all workers should leave the drilling.

19. When pulling out the casing with the jack, in order to prevent the casing from falling off, it needs to be fixed to each other.

20. When the lighting is stopped (at night), the drilling work should be stopped. At this time, the drilling tool should be carefully removed from the well while it is still in the well.
