Check, clean and lubricate the machinery and equipment every day, and clean the oil cup, oil hole, oil pool and oil line every week. In the process of inspection found equipment, machinery defects or damage should be registered in a timely manner, and reported to the relevant departments, tell the repair personnel to repair in a timely manner. In the daily operation of machinery and equipment, it is necessary to strictly operate in accordance with the operating rules.
Level 1 maintenance refers to the primary maintenance of machinery and equipment within a certain period of time when the equipment and machinery are operated. Under normal circumstances, the time of first-level maintenance can be regulated according to the specific maintenance requirements of machinery and equipment. Assuming that there are no rules, a reasonable confession can be made according to the actual situation, such as 600 hours. In the first-level maintenance, technicians dredge the oil circuit of machinery and equipment, fasten parts, replace felt pads, and disassemble and maintain messy parts.

The workover rig manufacturer indicates that it is necessary to maintain the machinery and equipment after the normal operation of the machinery and equipment exceeds 3000 hours, I .e. secondary maintenance. Check whether the parts are worn, replace and wipe them, adjust the operation accuracy of mechanical equipment, and improve the operation quality. Check and repair the electrical system by the electrical personnel.
