And when replacing the hydraulic oil, remember not to open the manhole cover. If the working environment is poor and dusty, the filter element should be cleaned and replaced regularly. Also pay attention to check whether the oil level in the car is stable.
2. For the maintenance of the transmission part, first check the degree of chain wear of each part, such as rollers, bearings, etc., to ensure that the oil level of the chain box is stable. Pay attention to check whether the dead end and live end of the brake belt are accurate, and replace them in time if there is any change. Pay attention to the degree of wear between the bearing and the transmission device, and add grease in time. Such as smooth oil level of gearbox, abnormal noise, abrasion of crown block pulley bearing, abrasion degree of traveling block hook pulley bearing, etc. It is worth noting that the height of the brake handle can be adjusted. If the adjustment is not correct, it may happen that the brake cannot be braked or the idling traveling car cannot be lowered. The correct adjustment height is 3-5mm. Finally, remember to check the connecting bolts of each part frequently to see if they are loose.
The maintenance of the gas path system is related to the above two parts, and the maintenance of the gas path system is relatively simple. Check the main drain valve and dryer for air leakage and outstanding working condition. Check whether the belt tension of the pump is correct. Pay attention to the rubber pipeline of the gas path system for aging or cracking, and repair it in time. Also pay attention to the components, pipes and joints of the gas pipeline system to see if there is any leakage or looseness.
