Workover rig has the most basic and critical power source in the construction process of mine work, which is divided into wheel test and crawler track according to its different operation structure.
1 Composition of workover rig
1. Power-driven equipment
The power drive equipment is the power source of the workover rig, and the key is composed of diesel engine, transmission and other equipment, which gives power to the working equipment of the workover rig.
2. Transmission device equipment
The transmission equipment connects the power equipment with the generator set in operation. The key is composed of transmission system components such as differential, angle gearbox, rotating shaft and control system to transmit power and carry out power distribution.
3. Walking system software equipment
The walking system software equipment is suitable for the stable seepage of the workover rig. The key includes the total range of window frame, suspension, trailer axle, brake system and other components.
4. System software equipment at work
The working system software equipment is the equipment for the workover rig to carry out the mine work engineering construction, and the key is composed of the rotation system software and the improvement system software.
2 Classification and model specification of workover rig
1. Drive and construction mode of workover rig
According to the winch and the wheel to obtain power and power transmission mode is not the same, the drive mode is divided into mechanical equipment drive, electric drive, hydraulic drive.
Mechanical equipment drive: the same diesel engine shall be used for the winch and the roulette, and the second diesel engine may be used for the workover rig with large hook load. Electric drive: The winch and wheel are driven by electric drive, and are divided into DC power drive, communication AC DC drive and communication AC variable frequency electric drive. The diesel engine of the automobile chassis can be used as the reserved power for workover work.
Hydraulic press drive: winch and wheel selection of oil motor drive.
According to the transmission system mode is not the same, the drive mode is divided into hydraulic mechanical transmission system or gear transmission.

3 Detailed introduction of universal workover rig
Wheel test workover rig is generally equipped with self-carrying gantry crane, which has faster walking speed, high efficiency in engineering construction and low cost in operation. It is suitable for rapid demolition. Its defects are that it is limited in walking around in low-lying muddy areas and rainy seasons and during slurry return and entering the well site. Crawler workover machines are generally not worthy of door cranes. They have good power off-road performance and are suitable for engineering construction in muddy areas in low-lying areas. The defects are that door cranes must be erected in advance, the walking speed is relatively slow, and vehicles must be supported to cooperate with each other during long-distance shipment, thus the operation cost is relatively high.

Due to the differences between the geological environment standards of various oil and gas fields in China and the natural environment of engineering construction, the technical performance test schemes for workover rig are different. At this stage, XJ70, XJ90, XJ110, XJ135 and XJ160 are widely used on the spot.
