Manual oiling is the simplest lubrication method. Manual oiling is used for lifting sprocket chain, moving pulley, galvanized steel wire rope for roller shaft, transmission chain, open transmission gear and slide rail of drilling machine. The special tools for manual oiling include oiling gun, oil label, oil brush, scraper, etc.
The drilling machine must be filled with oil immediately according to the lubrication rules and regulations, and the following aspects must be paid attention to during the oil filling:
1) When wiping lubricating grease to the open transmission gear, transmission chain, sprocket chain and other exposed positions, the stains and drilling mud on the oiled position should be cleaned up first, and then oiled.
2) When filling oil at the walking position, it should be filled to the vicinity of the motor shaft to cut off the oil. If the injection fails, move the drilling machine to inject again.
3) When applying oil to galvanized steel wire rope, it is best to heat the oil so that the oil can seep into the hemp core of the steel wire rope.
4) Magic lubricating grease must be pure, prohibit sealing paint.
5) Winter oiling, lubricating grease is easy to hardener, can add a small amount of mechanical lubricating oil stirring uniform application.
6) Screw-type piston rod-driven oiling gun shall be used for lubrication of drilling machine. The oiling pressure of this kind of oiling gun is too high and the oiling is reliable.
The moving and lifting reducer of the drilling rig shall be lubricated with thin oil in closed test oil bath, and the rotary reducer shall be lubricated with oil provided by gasoline pump.
All measures to reduce the friction and damage between the friction surface and the friction surface are called lubrication. The effect of lubrication on drilling machine equipment has the following levels:
1) Reduce friction: It is the key effect of oil lubrication, because the existence of lubricating oil avoids direct contact with the metal surface of the transmission system parts, thereby reducing the friction resistance of magic friction and reducing damage and consumption.
2) Refrigeration and heat removal: In high-speed rotating components, complete heat is caused by friction. If the heat is not dissipated by all means, it will heat up again, causing damage to the parts. For example, the oil refrigeration of the screw air compressor on the KQ-200 type drilling machine has the effect of heat removal.
3) anti-rust treatment and maintenance: drilling machine outdoor work is often exposed to the sun and rain, metal products are easy to rust, such as in the metal surface coated with excellent grease, can avoid corrosion, increase the service life.
4) Sealing blockage: In the sealing packing and rolling bearing end cover equipped with wool felt sealing, due to oil change and reasonable sealing anti-fouling effect.
5) cleaning stains: In the push-type thin oil lubrication system software, the liquid oil continuously circulates the system to clean the surface, and the surface wear debris and victory can be removed during cleaning. The rotary speed reducer and the main reducer of the drilling machine are all oil bath speed reducers.
