If metal particles are found, they should be diagnosed and improved in time; use pure filter elements that meet the rules of the machine.
Then there is the fuel. According to the different ambient temperature, choose diesel with different trademarks; diesel cannot be mixed with impurities, ash and water, otherwise the fuel pump will wear out prematurely; low-quality fuel has high white wax and sulfur content, which will cause harm to the engine; after daily operation, The fuel tank should be filled with fuel to prevent water droplets from falling on the inner wall of the fuel tank; before daily operation, open the drain valve at the bottom of the fuel tank to drain.
Finally, grease protection. The choice of lubricating oil (butter) can reduce the wear of the moving surface and avoid noise. Grease in storage and preservation, should not be mixed with dust, sand, water and other impurities; recommend the use of lithium-based grease G2-L1, good wear resistance, suitable for heavy load conditions; filling as far as possible the old oil all out, wipe clean, to avoid sticky sand.
