The drilling machine must be filled with oil immediately according to the lubrication rules and regulations, and the following aspects must be paid attention to during oil filling:
1) When wiping lubricating grease to the open transmission gear, transmission chain, sprocket chain and other exposed parts, the stains and sand on the oiled part should be cleaned up first, and then oiled.
2) When injecting oil into the moving part, it is necessary to inject oil near the motor shaft. If the injection fails, move the drilling machine to inject again.
3) When applying oil to the galvanized steel wire rope, it is best to heat the oil so that the oil can seep into the hemp core of the steel wire rope.
4) The added lubricating grease must be pure, and sealing paint is prohibited.
5) Winter oiling, lubricating grease is easy to hardener, can add a small amount of mechanical lubricating oil stirring uniform application.
6) Screw-type piston rod-driven oil gun shall be used for drilling machine lubrication. The oil injection pressure of this kind of oil gun is too high and the oil injection is reliable.
