1. scope of application
The liquid-gas separator is used in conjunction with the choke manifold to separate the free gas from the drilling fluid and can be applied to the treatment of underbalanced drilling and drilling fluid containing hydrogen sulfide gas.
2. features:
1. The bottom drainage is used to control the working liquid level to ensure the constant liquid level in the separator and solve the problem of sand accumulation in the tank;
2, the tank is equipped with a special channel for gas separation, gas emptying unobstructed, improve the gas treatment effect;
3. The combination of centrifugal separation, physical impact separation, vacuum separation and other separation technologies ensures the gas separation effect;
4. Each corner of the liquid supply pipe is equipped with a buffer device and a replaceable impact-resistant baffle, which can be regularly checked and replaced according to the wear and tear, thus prolonging the service life of the equipment;
5. The anti-sulfur type liquid-gas separator is manufactured and treated with special materials as a whole, which can completely prevent the hydrogen sulfide gas in the gas from damaging the equipment.
